Hi there! I’m Brianna, an occupational therapist with a passion for feeding therapy and helping kids feel confident exploring new foods. I know that mealtime can sometimes be stressful—for both children and caregivers—and my goal is to bridge the gap between the clinic and your home so that trying new foods can feel fun, positive, and achievable.
I created this website to share practical, real-life strategies you can use every day—like playful food exploration, gentle desensitization, and food chaining—along with handouts, videos, and activities that make these ideas easy to put into practice. Everything here is free to download, and I hope it empowers you as a caregiver to support your child’s food journey with confidence, patience, and a little bit of joy.
